How To Get Started

  • start where yu are,you dont need 10k steps on day 1, Begin with 10-15 min and build gradually.

  • Pick a time- Morning for Energy.Evening- to unwind Consistency matters more than anything

  • Wear whats comfortable

  • Make it a daily habit-short walks often and long walks done occasionely
